His diverse experience in HR, finance, revenue management, project management, and industry compliance has contributed to his overall understanding of different business functions and his ability to drive growth within the industry.

Nick identifies three challenges for the future: labour shortages, rising costs and supply issues, and increasing competition.

With more than 15 years experience, she works with recognised industry brands and delivers impressive results in driving direct bookings and exposure.

She leads a team who are constantly innovating new ways to bring new technology to the industry ahead of market, including a soon to be launched trademark program and an all-in-one online marketing and sales platform integrated with AI and brand management capabilities.

She identifies three challenges for the future: insurance issues, unregulated manufacturing and noncompliant destinations, and inexperienced caravanners.

Jeb Grose has a background in the caravan industry, starting as a junior service technician in Broken Hill, and quickly progressing to sales for prominent caravan brands, before establishing Adelaide RV.

In 2016, he and his wife founded Adelaide RV, a successful caravan dealership that has grown significantly over the years, with a large facility, impressive annual turnover, and a team of around 20 employees.

Jeb’s achievements have been recognized with two young achiever awards in South Australia, and he currently serves on the Board of the Caravan & Camping Industries Association of South Australia.

He highlights three challenges for industry: compliance education for dealerships, embracing change and new technologies, and addressing congested caravan parks.

Investing over $2 million overhauling a tired run-down park, to one which is a welcome sanctuary for travellers to relax in and connect in lush, shady, and tropical surroundings, Oasis Tourist Park is now Darwin’s number one rated park on all major platforms.

The outstanding efforts of Ben and his team were recognized with several prestigious awards, including the Brolga Award for Best Holiday Park in the Northern Territory in both 2021 and 2022, and bronze at the 2022 Qantas Australia Tourism Awards.

Ben identifies the following as challenges for the industry:  EV and electrification, insurance for caravan parks, and free / low cost camps.

In 2016, he transitioned into the caravan and camping sector by acquiring Diamond Waters Caravan Park and Dunbogan Caravan Park on the mid-north coast of NSW, which are now operated under Ritchie Villages.

Since then, Stephen and his family have been fully dedicated to these parks, actively engaging with the staff, customers, community, and industry to continually improve and optimize the facilities.

They have implemented strategic upgrades, submitted development applications, and focused on maximizing the parks’ profitability while also contributing to the broader community.

Stephen highlights three challenges for industry: natural disaster preparation and response, insurance, and electricity reforms.
