Attending the Zumbo cooking class at the National Caravan Industry Conference will be an experience unlike any other.  Renowned pâtissier Adriano Zumbo is a master of the art of pastry, and his classes are a rare opportunity to learn from one of the best in the business.

Born in Coonamble, New South Wales in 1981, Zumbo began his culinary career as an apprentice pastry chef in Sydney.  After honing his skills at various restaurants and bakeries, he opened his first patisserie in 2007 in Balmain, Sydney.  Since then, Zumbo has become a household name in Australia, thanks in part to his appearances on MasterChef Australia and his own television series, Zumbo’s Just Desserts.

Zumbo is known for his signature macarons and other complex desserts that showcase his creativity and attention to detail.  He has won numerous awards and accolades throughout his career, including the title of “Best Pastry Chef” at the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide Awards.  Today, Zumbo has multiple patisseries and cafes throughout Australia and continues to inspire and delight dessert lovers with his unique creations.

The class itself will be an immersive experience, with participants given the chance to get hands-on with the pastry-making process.  Under Zumbo’s expert guidance, attendees will learn the ins and outs of creating some of his most famous desserts.  The class will be structured to accommodate both beginners and experienced bakers, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and receive feedback.
