If you are an individual RV sales professional who holds current accreditation status under the Caravan Industry Salesperson Accreditation Program (CISAP) as of 1 April 2025, you are eligible to nominate yourself for this award.  To nominate you must provide a written response to the below questions: 

1. Briefly explain your background and experience in the RV industry. 
2. Tell us about a difficult sale from the past year and how you made it a great experience for the customer. What did you do to overcome the challenges? 
3. How do you customise the buying experience for different customers? Share examples of matching customers with the perfect RVs for their needs. 
4. Show how you use Australian Consumer Law in your everyday sales. Give a real example of when you helped a customer understand their rights, handled a warranty claim, or solved a tricky situation while looking after both the customer and your dealership. 
5. How do you see the Australian RV retail industry evolving in the next few years? 

Applications will be blindly judged by an industry committee consisting of respected industry representatives and association delegates to determine finalists.  All identifying information will be removed from applications prior to evaluation to ensure fair and unbiased assessment based solely on the merit of each submission. 

Three finalists will be selected from the nominations received and will be invited to attend a judging process, to be conducted on Tuesday 13 May 2025 at the Caravan Industry National Conference on the Gold Coast.

All finalists will be recognised at the National Conference Gala Dinner, where the RV Salesperson of the Year Award winner will be announced. Finalists will receive accommodation (room only, one night) on Friday 16 May 2025 at the RACV Royal Pines to attend the Gala Dinner.  

Nominations must address all criteria and be submitted online prior to Monday 28 April 2025, 5pm AEDT.
