Are you ready for the CPAQ Conference?

The 2024 CPAQ Conference offers an EPIC opportunity to connect with other operators, learn from industry leaders and celebrate our amazing industry.
This event is held in conjunction with the National Conference, so why not turn your Gold Coast Conference experience into a week long adventure!
While we are finalising our program (to be released in late March) and confirming speakers (you will love them!) we thought we could give you a little peeking through the curtain to start getting ready.
We would like to send a big thank you to our Naming Rights partner, Bunnings Trade. The Bunnings Trade team, and several of their partners, will be onsite during the conference to answer all your questions.
Starting planning your CPAQ Conference Adventure!
We know that attending the conference is more than just booking your ticket!  From flights to accommodation, you need to know how to organise your travel arrangements for the conference consider and what you can enjoy once there.
Sunday, 12 May 2024
On Sunday evening there will be a small number of Queensland park operators that have advised us they will be on-site and plan on catching up for dinner. If you wish to join this group, let a member of the CPAQ team know and we will connect you.
Monday, 13 May 2024
Our conference kicks off first thing (8:30am) with a full day of interesting and engaging speakers.
Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon tea will be held in our trade space where you can speak with our sponsors, suppliers of quality products and services to the caravan parks sector.
On Monday evening we will host our CPAQ Awards Dinner, a chance to celebrate the winners of the 2024 CPAQ Awards over exceptional food, drinks, and company.
Tuesday 14, May 2023
The CPAQ Conference will kick off again first thing with another set of strong topics being discussed.
Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be held in our trade space so you can continue the important conversations you started on Monday and network with other attendees
In the late afternoon we will close out the conference with some inspirational stories, ending with our exciting conference raffle (learn more about the raffle below).
We will then enjoy happy hour drinks to allow you time to wind down, share your thoughts, network with last minute connections and absorb all that you have learnt over the last couple of days.  We would like to thank our Happy Hour Drinks Sponsor, Protector.
There will be several Queensland park operators around on Tuesday evening offering great company for casual dinners.
Don’t forget if you are a CPAQ park member you can save on your ticket with our promo code, which is available by texting 0438 305 090 with your park name.
What else…
Win the CPAQ CEO!
This year, you need to earn your raffle tickets – for that to happen you need to visit our conference sponsors as they will have a book of raffle tickets and can decide how many to give you.
The more you interact with these sponsors the more tickets you are likely to earn from them!
While we are still receiving and negotiating the prizes, we have one we could announce now to make you want to earn these tickets:
  • Michelle Weston, the CPAQ CEO, will do a week of work experience in your park!
Just imagine you having the CEO of CPAQ working alongside you for an entire week and the tasks you could get her to help you with!
At the end of our sessions on Tuesday we will draw the winners of the conference raffle – you will have to be in the room to win the prize so don’t skip this session!
